We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an AI-first SaaS suite of products oriented toward powering commerce-led strategic initiatives that drive innovation and customer value across the ecosystem.
This role combines strategic ownership, technical depth, and operational leadership to deliver world-class AI products at scale. The GM will operate as the end-to-end business owner for the product portfolio, with accountability spanning product vision, go-to-market execution, marketing, pricing, operations, and full P&L management.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of scaling AI-native SaaS platforms, leading large cross-functional organizations, and translating customer needs into durable, monetizable products.
1. Product Strategy & AI Platform Leadership
-Own and develop the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for an AI-first SaaS portfolio, ensuring alignment with broader business and commerce objectives
-Drive AI-native product design, including intelligent automation, decisioning, personalization, and insights at scale
-Balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements in all product decisions
-Lead complex, multi-threaded product initiatives across platforms, APIs, and services
-Ensure products meet enterprise-grade standards for reliability, security, compliance, and scalability
2. Go-To-Market (GTM) & Growth Ownership
-Own end-to-end GTM strategy for the product suite, including positioning, segmentation, launch planning, and adoption strategies
-Partner with Sales, BD, and Partner teams to enable enterprise, mid-market, and ecosystem-led distribution models
-Define customer acquisition, expansion, and retention strategies across self-serve and assisted motions
-Drive product-led growth initiatives using experimentation, funnel optimization, and usage analytics
3. Pricing, Packaging & Monetization
-Own pricing strategy and packaging architecture across the SaaS portfolio
-Design AI-appropriate monetization models (usage-based, tiered, value-based, hybrid)
-Lead pricing experimentation, discounting frameworks, and commercial guardrails
-Ensure pricing aligns with customer value realization, margin targets, and long-term revenue growth
4. P&L Ownership & Business Management
-Serve as full P&L owner for the AI SaaS portfolio, accountable for revenue growth, cost management, and operating margins
-Build and manage annual and multi-year financial plans, forecasts, and investment cases
-Make data-driven tradeoffs across R&D investment, GTM spend, and operational scale
-Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and platform extensions
5. Marketing & Category Building
-Partner with Marketing to define product narrative, category positioning, and thought leadership
-Drive demand generation strategy in collaboration with Growth and Marketing teams
-Represent the product portfolio externally through customer engagements, industry forums, and executive briefings
-Establish the product suite as a category-defining AI platform in commerce enablement
6. Operations & Execution Excellence
-Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Data, and Business
-Establish operating rhythms, planning mechanisms, and execution governance
-Define and track KPIs and success metrics across adoption, customer outcomes, revenue, and operational health
-Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, retrospectives, and operational rigor
7. Leadership, Talent & Culture
-Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing leadership bench of Product Managers and functional leaders
-Foster a culture of customer obsession, innovation, ownership, and accountability
-Set a high bar for product thinking, decision quality, and execution velocity
-Influence and align senior leadership and key stakeholders through clear communication and strategic narratives
Basic Qualifications
-15+ years of experience in product leadership, general management, or business ownership roles
-Demonstrated P&L ownership and commercial decision-making experience
-Strong technical fluency across AI/ML systems, SaaS architectures, and platform products
-Track record of leading large, cross-functional organizations
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience building or scaling commerce, marketplace, or enterprise SaaS platforms
-Deep understanding of AI monetization models and pricing strategies
-Experience operating in high-growth, ambiguous, or platform-driven environments
-Ability to operate seamlessly between strategy, execution, and executive communication
