Do you have a strong passion for continuous improvement and strive to provide great service at the right costs?

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) in Brazil is in an exciting phase of growing its large-scale logistics network, dealing with the most difficult last-mile challenges and areas of opportunity in terms of cost, service and quality, seeking a highly qualified and motivated person to act as Senior Regional Operations Manager to promote the expansion of the EDSP (External Delivery Service Provider) Program. EDSP is a hybrid Amazon Logistics operation that uses last-mile partner companies that operate regionally to deliver Amazon packages through the use of the main AMZL technologies and processes, seeking the best service in the category to our clients in Brazil. This EDSP Regional Leader vacancy may be based in Curitiba, Canoas, or Brasília.

- Analyze and resolve operational barriers focusing on understanding root causes.
- Seek ways to optimize our network and operations through continuous benchmarking with colleagues from other countries.

A day in the life
The day of a Regional Operations Leader in the EDSP area will be dynamic, alternating (1) operational activities, such as Gembas and managing the routine of their team and partners, (2) tactical activities, such as building mechanisms for operational efficiency, and (3) strategic, such as active participation in strategic planning cycles for the expansion and consolidation of the network of EDSPs partners. It is important to inform that the regional leader must travel +30% of his time, in order to allow proximity to partners and easy identification of opportunities for operational improvement.
