As a Program Manager in Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely delivery of critical materials essential for FC launches and retrofits.
You will oversee the material readiness aspect of projects, ensuring that all necessary materials are accurately identified, ordered, and delivered on schedule.

• Support execution of module and bill of materials development process, following standardized procedures and established guidelines.
• Maintain clear communication with direct stakeholders and team members regarding delivery status, providing regular updates and resolving any issues promptly
• Track inventory movements and manage reusable assets, ensuring optimal utilization and availability.
• Track and report project-specific KPIs including material readiness rates and on-time delivery performance
• Collaborate with Procurement Teams for effective vendor management, ensuring timely and accurate material delivery.
• Assist with invoice resolution and the CAD (Claimed as Delivery) process, ensuring smooth financial and logistical flow.
• Coordinate transfer processes between sites, ensuring seamless movement of materials with minimal disruption.
• Identify and propose local process improvements within your project scope
A day in the life
The program manager interacts on daily basis with procurement teams, execution project manager, material suppliers and installation vendors to understand the material needs, track the supply chain operation and escalate risks. The candidate should be able to analyze large sets of data to get the right information and make the right decisions on material management between different sites to be launched in EU, UK, Turkey & Middle East
About the team
With more and more customers to be served in Europe, Amazon is opening new Fulfilment Centres every year. The international Startup Supply Chain Team is responsible for getting these buildings ready with everything in place ready for the first package to leave the site. The vision of Startup Supply Chain team is to manage the material from bill of material definition to the deployment completion, ensuring on time supply & assembly of about 4.000 items per project, from over 500 suppliers in 12 countries.
