We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Human Resources team as the Senior HR Business Partner to lead our Ravenhall Delivery Station.

Reporting the the Regional HR Manager, you will provide full cycle human resources support to our teams within Amazon Logistics. You will play a critical role in executing our people initiatives, providing excellent internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement initiatives.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will have the ability to diagnose problems, identify, and drive appropriate solutions. The person in this role must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You will need excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and planning ability, and the agility to function in a fast paced and innovative environment.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will enjoy a varied role and a wide range of interactions across all levels on a daily basis. You will get exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work on international HR projects.

Key job responsibilities
What you will be doing:

• Work closely with operations teams to provide pragmatic, commercial and employee-focused advice and support
• Provide a broad range of support across employee relations, people engagement, performance management, talent management, organizational development and organizational communication
• Implement HR initiatives to drive and maintain a culture of excellent employee relations and communication
• Leading and developing a team of high performing HR professionals
• Coaching and mentoring of leaders from across the Fulfillment Center teams
• Proactive gathering of data from appropriate sources to drive decision making
• Maintain an emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices to be shared with other Fulfillment Center teams
• Collaborate effectively across an number of internal and external teams including Finance, Payroll, Legal
