As part of Intelligent Talent Acquisition (ITA) Data team, you'll have the opportunity to reinvent the hiring process and deliver unprecedented scale, sophistication, and accuracy for Amazon Talent Acquisition operations. You’ll work on state-of-the-art research, advanced software tools, new AI systems, and machine learning algorithms, leveraging Amazon's in-house tech stack to bring innovative solutions to life. Key job responsibilities
The ITA Data team builds the foundational data infrastructure and analytics tools that power Amazon's hiring decisions. We create secure, scalable solutions that enable teams across PXT to access and analyze recruitment data effectively while maintaining data integrity.

Key job responsibilities:
* Lead technical design/code reviews, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive engineering best practices across development lifecycle.

* Develop on global AWS architecture to implement scalable, reliable data pipelines and infrastructure, supporting analytics at scale.

* Develop data governance processes through existing and new technology including tools like SageMaker Unified Studio.

* Design and enforce data modeling standards, lineage, and governance frameworks while ensuring secure, compliant solutions.

* Support strategic planning by working with Executives and Senior Managers, Principle Engineers, and cross-team Data Engineers.

* Mentor junior engineers, foster technical excellence, and empower team self-service capabilities for handling complex data tasks independently.
