We’re seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and innovative professional to elevate planning, forecasting, and operational excellence across Amazon’s Fulfillment and Supply Chain network. In this role, you will harness advanced analytics, financial acumen, and cross-functional leadership to design workforce strategies, optimize operations, and improve business outcomes at scale.
A Day in the Life
Your day will blend deep analytical work with collaborative problem-solving. You will explore large datasets, build predictive models, analyze operational trends, and work closely with Operations, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Senior Leaders. You’ll translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations that help drive efficiency, reduce cost, and improve customer experience.

Key Job Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive production and staffing plans, workforce models, and shift structures for Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations.
Conduct in-depth statistical analysis, forecasting, and trend modeling to support strategic business decision-making.
Analyze large operational datasets to identify inefficiencies, optimize labor allocation, and recommend improvements across cost, productivity, and quality metrics.
Build automated analytical tools and scalable reporting mechanisms for network-wide use.
Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to create integrated workforce and operational strategies.
Present business insights, recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership.
Support continuous improvement by standardizing planning processes and enhancing KPI frameworks.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Operations, Engineering, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
Experience communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to build predictive models or apply statistical techniques at scale.
Experience in customer-focused or operations-driven environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Operations Research, Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related discipline.
Experience with workforce planning, production planning, or operational optimization in logistics or manufacturing.
Proficiency in SQL, programming languages, and/or Excel VBA.
Experience working with performance metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with ERP, forecasting, or labor management systems.
Advanced certification in analytics, operations, or business intelligence.
Multilingual communication skills.
