Position Responsibilities:
Design, test, validate, scale, and maintain air-based and liquid cooling based mechanical systems specifically designed for large, global deployments. Evaluate and drive strategic component, product and technology-based decisions in order to maximize business value and surpass critical objectives. Increase the reliability and availability of the mechanical systems in our data centers. Coordinate with partner teams on ambiguous projects, representing mechanical systems and our strategic goals.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and seven years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have seven years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience designing, operating, or supporting mechanical systems in data centers or similar critical systems. Must also have five years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) product design and support experience; (2) experience driving decisions across highly technical and large teams; and (3) experience conveying complex data analysis and providing recommendations. Domestic and international travel up to 50% may be required to perform role responsibilities.
