Key job responsibilities
Implement the Marketing Multi-Agent System architecture, orchestrating Strategy Planner, Context Summary, Content Generation, Distribution, and Tracking Agents

AI Agent Development: Lead the development of each specialized agent, ensuring they work cohesively to deliver end-to-end marketing automation

MVP & Prototype Delivery: Drive the delivery of AI engine MVP, demonstrating real data processing through complete agent workflows

Human-in-the-Loop Integration: Establish governance frameworks including Logs and Tracing features for human oversight and monitoring

Continuous Learning Systems: Implement self-learning capabilities that enable agents to improve performance through real-time feedback and optimization


A day in the life
Lead the development of the Agents in Agentic AI Marketing Engine, forming the backbone of our autonomous marketing system. You will drive the technical strategy, architecture, and implementation of the multi-agent system that delivers hyper-personalized marketing experiences at scale.

You will work with Senior Product Managers, SDEs, BIEs and Science.
