A Senior Engineering Product Specialists in the Amazon Leo Customer Terminal Engineering organization will understand customer desires, technology, and business opportunities to optimize documentation, execute change orders, and minatin fidelity for a rapidly changing and diverse set of Customer Terminal products. You understand key problems and analyze multiple solutions working cross functionally to create a scalable and durable product structure using AI and ML to be the most efficient in the world. A Senior Engineering Product Specialist provides the global vision, rationale, and recommendations to leadership teams to ensure Amazon Leo has the best execution to meet schedules required by our customers.

Key job responsibilities
Amazon's vision is to be the world's most customer-centric company, and this role is key to that vision. As a Senior Engineering Program Specialist, you will be leading projects to ever-evolving customer needs for the continual development and innovation of Customer Terminals.
As an ideal candidate:

• You are able to identify and solve technical problems related to EMS systems through cross functional leadership.
• You are responsible for continual improvement of design team standards to minimize execution errors for maximum E and M BOM fidelity and execution of change orders.
• Working with a team of engineers, business development leaders, industrial design, customer terminal operations, and product integrity, you are responsible for world's high fidelity and speed of execution EMS systems.
• You lead projects with widespread impact on CT design, innovation and implementation.
• You decompose complex problems and distill underlying risks and benefits, and identify straightforward and actionable solutions to reduce risk.
• You work independently and have frequent reviews with business, engineering, software, operations and others.
• You understand which escalations to resolve independently, and actively facilitate the escalation of high-impact issues to senior engineering and business leadership.
