About the team
The Advertiser Guidance team sits at the heart of Sponsored Products and Brands, tackling advertising's most complex challenges: how do you guide 1.3+ million advertisers—from first-time sellers to global brands—to create and manage campaigns that drive real business growth?
Our advertisers span every industry, budget level, and sophistication—selling everything from handmade crafts to consumer electronics. They manage campaigns with vastly different goals: some prioritize brand awareness, others focus on conversion efficiency, and many need help understanding what's even possible. This diversity creates immense technical complexity, but also a transformative opportunity to drive impact at scale.
