As the Senior Business Analyst for the RBS Selection Value team (winner of the 2025 Amazon Door Desk Award), you'll shape the future of how Amazon teams understand and act on products at unprecedented scale.

Key job responsibilities
As a Business Analyst in RBS Selection Value Team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify product value drop-off, developing scalable solutions for prevention. In addition you will be responsible for building AI-LLM models to predict and identify opportunities to maximise a products potential.

Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirements of stakeholders and map them with the data sources/data warehouse
- Design and develop highly available dashboards and metrics using Tableau, Excel and SQL.
- Execute high impact LLM models
- Perform business analysis and data queries using scripting languages like R, Python etc.
- Execute analytical projects and understanding of analytical methods (like ANOVA, Distribution theory, regression, forecasting, Machine Learning Techniques, etc.)

A day in the life
ou'll operate at the intersection of evolving ML technology and real-world business impact. A typical day might include:
1) Working closely with Amazon teams to understand their feedback analysis needs, and build solutions to maximise value
2) Defining platform features and requirements for upcoming releases
3) Collaborating with ML Scientists and Engineers to build and optimize our offerings
4) Analysing platform metrics to identify performance optimization opportunities
5) Contributing to technical design reviews for new features
6) Reviewing customer feedback and usage patterns to guide product evolution
