Luna Prime Gaming is seeking a Principal PMM to lead Content. You will shape our gaming content portfolio, programming strategy, drive audience engagement, and align content decisions with business objectives. You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive strategic decision-making as the subject matter expert on gaming content trends, audience behaviors, and industry developments
• Develop a strategic content framework that aligns audience needs with long-term vision and business goals
• Maximize customer engagement and retention through portfolio slate planning (genre, budget, region), programming strategy, and competitive analysis
• Establish performance measurement mechanisms and benchmarks that drive continuous improvement across the organization
