WW Prime UX is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic planning and design operations, with a special focus on measuring design impact overall and accelerating the adoption of generative AI technologies. This role will be responsible for establishing metrics frameworks, optimizing design operations, and leading key programs that enhance our design capabilities through AI innovation. This role will report directly to the WW Prime UX Director. Prime is the world's most valuable membership service. We strive to continuously delight our hundreds of millions of Prime members around the world. Come join our team and help shape one of the most loved and used membership programs on the planet. We are looking for a Product Manager capable of elevating our design operations in support of our team and Prime customers.

Key job responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. He/she is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence employees at all levels of the organization.

We innovate and design on behalf of our customers and are relentlessly focused on improving the membership experience to delight customers around the globe. Our team includes ~ 30 designers, researchers, writers and design technologists.
