Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

The Kuiper Electronic Supply Chain (ESC) team is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead coordination of technical manufacturing and supply chain activities for the PCBA Operations Program Management (OPM) team.

The successful candidate will manage consolidated efforts to deliver contract manufacturers' and team initiatives that cut across PCBAs of the team, while maintaining a focus on quality and delivery requirements.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and manage processes to drive team performance
• Manage contract manufacturers' end-to-end production process for assigned PCBAs
• Ensure on-time delivery to meet Kuiper production rate requirements
• Drive production planning and execution aligned with cross-functional priorities
• Measure, Control and Improve capacity, quality, manufacturing rate/processes, and delivery KPIs at contract manufacturers
• Lead technical deep dives to resolve manufacturing blockers and constraints • Balance development and engineering needs to minimize production impacts
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics and reporting systems

NOTE: This role requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
