Amazon shipping is seeking a strategic and results driven leader to join as a Sr. Program Manager to lead the Recipient Experience for our org. We are looking for a talented individual who is able to work in an ambiguous environment, manage multiple stakeholders; and lead initiatives to improve Address Code and Pickup Experience issues. You will have a detailed/analytical mindset as well as think big attitude and will be responsible to liaise with key stakeholders across Amazon Shipping Commercial/Product/Tech/Operations teams and internal partner teams. You will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable driving complex cross-functional Programs and will have a strong management and analytical skills, and be an effective communicator.
We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on transforming and optimizing our recipient experience through data-driven insights, process automation, and cross-functional program management. This role will own end-to-end program governance while driving operational excellence across multiple workstreams. You should have proven experience in strategy, large-scale execution, entrepreneurial innovation, working cross functionally with operations and engineering teams, and people leadership in a matrix environment. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and maintaining a high bar in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Strong business judgment, ability to influence cross-functional and remotely located teams, a customer-centric and creative mindset and strong analytical skills are also essential.
Key job responsibilities
• Build the recipient experience charter by driving strategic initiatives for growth and quality improvement.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across Amazon Shipping and Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS). Commercial/Product/Tech/Operations teams and internal partner teams.
• Lead/support development of product and operational requirements in close collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain playbooks and documentation for recipient experience processes
• Lead and/or support in key leadership update documents such as MBR/QBR, WW VP goals review.
• Deliver clear and concise updates on status of the Program with detailed commentary on key challenges, risks and mitigations implemented.
