Project Kuiper is looking for a Program Manager, Launch Operations - Scheduler/Coordinator with proven ability to organize ambiguous projects into tactically executable schedules and plans for cross-functional teams. This role requires extreme level of detailed management, ability to create visuals and communications to upward leadership, scoping and creating project plans, improving processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to management and stakeholders on status, risks, and changes. Internal stakeholder communication is critical to ensure all members are aligned on expectations and strategic ownership of deliverables. This role will require exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high judgment when clear guidelines may not exist, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership.
