Position Responsibilities:

Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce. Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact. Identify, design, develop, implement, and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to reduce potential risks. Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions. Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness for customers. Evaluate the effectiveness of current or future systems and collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes. Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key controls. Manage cross-functional teams and/or third-party vendors for implementation of project/program requirements. Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) direct management and managing processes, projects, or programs; (2) identifying and executing process improvement initiatives and providing customer support in a professional, non-retail environment; (3) using Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, Excel, or related business management tools; and (4) human capital management, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, coaching, promotions, and terminations, as well as providing technical, non-technical, and administrative support.
