Position Responsibilities:

Own Amazon's websites campaign management, execution, and delivery. Analyze and coordinate campaign performance through metric analysis and report and drive upsells and renewals. Partner with Sales and Operations teams as well as other business partners to manage display advertising campaigns on Amazon's websites. Execute plans for clients and drive tool and process improvements by partnering with display advertising design, product development, and technology teams. Build and maintain relationships with a list of dedicated internal and external clients within assigned categories that include ongoing consultation and support. Build the infrastructure for scaling key defect reduction initiatives. Implement creative ways to scale programs and increase their impact by leveraging automation, technology, and refining processes around customer support and product expansion. Develop programs and processes to scale packaging changes with vendors, with the goal of reducing waste within the supply chain.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, Statistics, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered, or as a Product Manager or related occupation. Must have five years of experience in account management, relationship management, or retail/vendor/supplier management. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) working both strategically and tactically; (2) using expertise and business judgment to determine the right priorities, inform account management activities, and design long-term solutions; and (3) defining strategy in ambiguous environments, influencing and negotiating priorities with other teams, and determining where to simplify or extend solutions for the best outcome. Up to 75% domestic travel to perform role responsibilities may be required.
