About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager with a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise to drive pivotal initiatives within the RISC organization. This is a critical role responsible for leading our selling partner experience improvement program and our AI transformation program across Amazon's worldwide marketplaces.
As a Program Manager in RISC, you will be a central force in understanding complex customer, seller, and vendor experiences, translating these insights into actionable strategies, and driving large-scale, cross-organizational innovation. You will operate with significant autonomy, influencing product roadmaps, and delivering solutions that have a direct, measurable impact on customer trust, seller success, and Amazon's compliance posture. Key job responsibilities
As a Program Manager in RISC, you will:
Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end definition, planning, and execution of large-scale, complex programs with significant cross-functional technology initiatives. Partner closely with stakeholders across Retail, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Finance.
Requirements Definition & Consensus Building: Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements and program roadmaps. Drive clarity, build strong consensus, and collaborate seamlessly with multiple engineering, product, and business teams to design, architect, and deliver innovative solutions.
End-to-End Ownership & Delivery: Own the full program lifecycle from strategy definition and roadmap execution to success measurement and continuous improvement. Establish robust metrics, monitor performance across the Amazon eCommerce pipeline, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Risk Management & Executive Communication: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve critical blockers, manage escalations, and provide crisp, concise program updates and visibility to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
Innovation & Influence: Anticipate future challenges and opportunities, influencing product roadmaps and strategic initiatives to proactively address evolving customer needs and business objectives, particularly within AI/ML and seller experience domains.
