AWS is seeking a Partner Development Specialist (PDS) to manage our End-User Computing (EUC) partner eco-system across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region for AWS services and solutions. AWS EUC services work backward from the needs of customers to provide a broad array of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) services that deliver secure, performant and flexible access to data and applications from any place on any device for every type of worker. AWS EUC includes WorkSpaces (WorkSpaces Core, WorkSpaces Personal, WorkSpaces Pools, and WorkSpaces Secure Browser), AppStream 2.0, and WorkSpaces Thin Client. As the AWS Partner Development Specialist for EMEA, you will have the opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of AWS solutions for Amazon WorkSpaces, AppStream, and other EUC workloads across our most strategic existing and new partners.
The Partner Development Specialist will own, operate and define strategy End User Computing partners. You will be responsible for building and developing the key programs and initiatives to drive revenue and user adoption, ensuring new customers select AWS as their cloud provider for End User Computing solutions via these partners.
You’ll be responsible for the EUC partner sales motion, which includes identifying EUC customers & opportunities, qualifying & building pipeline, driving EUC solution discussions for partners and customers, partnering with our regional EUC teams to qualify and validate how and when we deliver our services via a regionally specific partner, guiding successful customer implementation of the solution, and responsibility for the sales cycle and business goals. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing day-to-day interactions with these stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption and value through partners.
The Partner Development Specialist (PDS) will align closely with our worldwide partner, go-to-market strategy and business development leaders to drive strategic support, co-programming, and portfolio engagement to increase middle and tail of funnel outcomes and accelerate seller cycles in the field. You will also work with cross functional teams in marketing, solutions architecture, and business development to implement a consistent coverage model, go-to-market strategy, and goals for the AWS business.

• Develop long-term strategic relationships across the region
• Accelerate customer adoption with EMEA based partners by developing a comprehensive sales and business plan, driving well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM Strategy
• Create scalable programs and deliver insightful business reviews to unblock partner challenges and drive growth
• Develop operational planning documents and serve as an EUC subject matter expert supporting broader internal teams
• Ensure customer and partner satisfaction
• Expect moderate travel
