Amazon Shipping is a fast-growing logistics service that is transforming how businesses ship their products. As a Manager, Program Manager III of Billing, Payments & Revenue Assurance, you will be an STL in driving and scaling programs in this space. To help us succeed, we are looking for dynamic, self-starting and entrepreneurial individual who will organize, execute and deliver key features to this Amazon Shipping portfolio.
Key job responsibilities
In this high-impact role, you will:
• Serve as the single threaded owner for the Billing, Payments, Collections and revenue assurance domain of Amazon Shipping business
• Design, launch and manage new products and programs for reducing Credit risk of the program without impacting the Shipper experience.
• Define the long-term product and program roadmap, working backward from customer needs across billing, payments, collections and revenue assurance space.
• Benchmark against industry best practices and lead innovative solutions to solve business and shipper problems and work with key stake holders across various functions (finance, finops, Sales, pricing, account, tax, Ops integration, program and product) to launch the initiatives.
• Manage P&L performance for specific cost lines and drive continuous improvements to reduce program costs
• Drive revenue/package improvement by reducing revenue leakages due to known gaps or under-declared weights.
• Monitor key metrics on the program and drive WBR/MBRs for this space. Drive OP and 3Y roadmap planning for this space along with goal setting exercise
This role will require exceptional communication and influencing skills, and will work to influence stakeholders across Business, Finance, Sales, Tech, Accounting and Tax teams. This role will require the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, startup environment, partnering with others as needed, and the ability to exercise sound judgment solving novel problems without clear direction from leadership. The successful candidate has demonstrated the ability to solve complex challenges and possesses bias for action and deliver results in the role.
