The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) is part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), which is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. We work backwards from our customers’ most complex, business-critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include technical business development, specialist, and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire customer life cycle, from accelerating the adoption of established businesses to developing ideas for new services. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.


Key job responsibilities
As Senior Manager of EMEA GenAI/ML Specialist Solutions Architecture, you'll play a vital role in guiding innovative customers, while embracing change and adapting to the fast moving pace of the technology and the business. Your responsibilities include:
-Managing a team of GenAI/ML experts while ensuring team's well-being.
-Interacting and leading the team with engagement at the CxO/VP level, as well as developers and technical architects, to develop pipeline, secure lighthouse customers, drive top-line-revenue, and explore strategic partnerships.
-Developing and deploying sales/technical motions and programs that leverage Field Sales teams, as well as technology and consulting partner channels.
-Partnering with cross functional teams across Sales and Marketing.
-Collaborating with the Service and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, release plan.
-Developing strong relationships with strategic GenAI customers in EMEA.
-Guiding your team to find ways to scale tech knowledge via products, programs, and the AWS Field
-Capturing and sharinf best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS SA community
-Guiding and motivating the development of whitepapers, datasheets, and other high-value customer facing guidance and best practices
-Collaboration with AWS Senior Leadership
