Our mission is to enable Amazon Retail employees to do more with less effort by harnessing the power of Agentic AI. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of agentic AI workflows for NAS Retail teams.
As the Sr. product manager for NAS ACES, you will be responsible for identifying Retail user pain points where agents can deliver value, define and articulate the product vision, and build a roadmap for scalable agentic AI capabilities. An ideal candidate should be adept at synthesizing data and anecdotal feedback to get stakeholders aligned and designing product features to address the identified opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
Define product vision and prioritize feature development based on technical feasibility, customer impact, and business value.
Work with UX and engineering teams to ensure reliable execution of workflows in production.
Act as the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with technical innovation.
Define KPIs and success metrics for agentic workflows
Continuously collect and analyze usage data, user feedback, and performance signals to improve product outcomes.
