The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Operations Lead for the Customer Acquisition (CA) organization. The candidate in this role is an important business stakeholder and partner for sales leadership and will play a key role in supporting the go-to-market strategy. The candidate for this role is expected to work cross functionally to help the organization successfully generate high-quality pipeline, acquire new customers, and accelerate growth of existing customers. The candidate for this role will drive the operating model for this team and execute against a set of strategic priorities such as Annual Planning, Target setting, Operational Strategy, Monthly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting, metrics, and insights. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong business and financial acumen, broad technical skills, sales and marketing experience, and be very comfortable diving deep into data. This is a hands-on position – the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up their sleeves” and deliver results. This position works with a cross-section of stakeholders including Sales leadership, Marketing, the Tools and Technology team, and the Partner team. The candidate for this role must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as with teams that span multiple geographies.
Key job responsibilities
-Work with sales leadership to optimize the go-to-market strategy of the Customer Acquisition organization
-Develop a deep understanding of the prospecting motion, metrics, and tools to provide actionable intelligence and strategic recommendations
-Work cross functionally with various stakeholders to execute key priorities
-Support rhythm of business activities
-Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
-Create new tools and business processes that simplify, standardize and enables operational excellence
