We're looking for an experienced demand generation manager to lead marketing for AWS re:Invent—a week-long, activity-packed learning conference for everyone who builds, uses, or makes decisions about technology. In this role, you will drive audience growth and acquisition strategy, messaging and positioning, campaigns/promotions, and cross-organizational alignment and enablement.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in event marketing, proven expertise in developing and overseeing growth strategies, crafting messaging, and driving alignment across marketing/ sales organizations to drive results. Experience operating in a global organization preferred. Excellent communication skills are a requirement, as well as the ability to analyze results, adapt quickly based on performance, and clearly articulate results to senior leadership.
Key job responsibilities
This role leads the demand generation for re: Invent and re:Inforce. Core responsibilities include :
- Overseeing a cross-functional marketing teams to drive outcomes
- Drive audience growth for our global events
- Forecasting and registration goals
- Crafting marketing messaging and positioning
- End-to-end, integrated demand generation planning
- Analyzing results to identify trends and opportunities
- Communicating results to leadership

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.
