As a Software Development Engineer in the AWS Healthcare AI team, you'll play a crucial role in developing AI-powered healthcare solutions. You'll be working on transformative products that leverage generative and agentic AI to enhance clinical and administrative workflows for healthcare providers. Key job responsibilities
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AWS healthcare services using cloud computing and AI technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, applied scientists, and other engineers to define and execute on our product roadmap
• Implement and optimize machine learning models for healthcare applications
• Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable, reliable, and efficient cloud services
• Ensure high standards of code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery and maintenance
• Drive innovation in solving complex healthcare challenges using advanced technologies
• Maintain operational excellence and compliance with healthcare industry standards
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the rapidly evolving field of healthcare AI
