DESCRIPTION

Want to build customer experiences that help customers find more sustainable products? Does the intersection of retail and technology and sustainability excite you? The Climate Pledge Friendly team is looking for Senior Product Manager Technical to join our CX team.

Climate Pledge Friendly collaborates with trusted third-party certifications and we’ve created our own certifications to highlight products that meet sustainability standards and support our commitment to help preserve the natural world. Our vision is to build the most trusted destination for sustainable shopping.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Technical (Sr PMT) to lead the CX for Climate Pledge Friendly, Amazon’s sustainability shopping program. This role requires both creativity and a deep understanding of complex problems to drive the technical design and product roadmap, and development of features that inform and empower customers to make more sustainable choices. As a Sr PMT, you will own technically complex products end to end—defining vision, prioritizing features, and making trade-offs between scope and resources—while collaborating closely with engineering to ensure scalable, effective solutions. You’ll coordinate complex initiatives across internal teams, write detailed product and business requirements, and lead cross-functional alignment. Success in this role requires a high level of comfort with ambiguity, a deeply analytical mindset to investigate and address multifaceted challenges, and the ability to influence across organizations through clear, well-written communication. You will work backwards from customer needs, dive deep into data to identify root causes, and deliver impactful solutions through close collaboration with stakeholders. At Amazon, a Sr PMT is expected to operate with autonomy, influence decisions across orgs, and contribute to the broader product management discipline.
