Amazon
Amazon’s Country Parity, Expansion, and Integrations (CPE&I) team supports our network of Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) as they build and grow independent last mile delivery businesses across the Americas (Brazil, Canada, Mexico). The Senior Manager of CPE&I leads a team of program managers focused on driving parity among programs and expanding initiatives to improve the quality of our Americas DSP last mile delivery network across geographies. Specifically, the CPE&I team designs programs and builds scaleable processes to support DSPs in operating healthy, sustainable businesses.
As a Senior Manager of CPE&I, you will lead a team of program managers who each support specific countries and last mile programs, defining and executing a roadmap that improves delivery quality and DSP experience. You will play a key role in scaling and standardizing the DSP program across Canada, Brazil and Mexico. This role requires the ability both to think strategically and tactically, meaning you are not only able to develop and drive high-level product and program- based initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig into the details, and coordinate and influence an array of key stakeholders across the business to deliver strong programmatic results including helping drive financial, operational, and safety outcomes across the DSP network. Specifically, the Senior Manager will lead program managers in delivering regular business and senior leader reviews, and aligning teams on initiatives that improve delivery quality, speed, and cost. This is a highly visible role, meaning that the right candidate will be adept at building consensus across teams including Legal, Operations, Change Management, Pricing, Global Offer, Capacity Planning, Insurance, Fleet, Compliance, Safety and Performance, and Technology, among others, and be able to represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to senior leadership. A strong candidate will also be able to dive deep, identify root cause, and move between strategy and execution on a daily basis. In short, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
