DESCRIPTION

The European Everyday Essentials (EE) team is looking for a passionate, customer-obsessed Product Manager to help shape tomorrow's EE business. The team is responsible for driving the growth of everyday, frequently purchased, low-priced items on Amazon, ensuring their long-term economic viability while maintain best-in-class customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing a rapidly growing business on Amazon.

This is a 14-Month fixed term contract based out of our London or Paris office.

As product manager, you will build and lead strategic initiatives to optimize cost-efficiency across our range, while developing differentiated product strategies and driving innovative cost-saving experiments throughout the customer journey. Key responsibilities include managing the profitability roadmap for low-priced selection across EU stores, focusing on developing solutions for both demand optimization, collaborating with global and European teams on their execution, and engaging with senior leadership on your work.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering complex projects in an international and fast-paced environment, strong analytical and data modeling skills, experience in business case development, product management expertise with technology teams, excellent program management abilities, and strong communication skills to interact confidently with senior leadership.




Key job responsibilities
As a Product Manager in the EE team, you will:
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve cost-efficiency and enhance customer experience across our EE product range
- Develop and implement a differentiated product strategy given customer behavior
- Create and execute innovative experiments to drive cost savings
- Build a unified cost-to-serve strategy to support growth in our EE business

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the profitability roadmap for our European online stores, focusing on both demand optimization and internal efficiency improvements
- Developing new ideas to enhance profitability for lower-priced items
- Collaborating with global and European teams to align strategies and initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of delivering complex projects across international teams
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and financial models
- Experience in building business cases and prioritizing projects
- Prior work with technology teams on product development
- Excellent program management abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
