Looking for an opportunity to work and learn with multiple Amazon businesses and make a big impact for customers? The Brazil (BR) Marketing & Prime team is looking for a customer-focused and independent program manager to lead Amazon BR promotional events (e.g. Black Friday, Prime Day) planning, execution and learnings roadmap. As Events Program Manager, you will work with multiple business teams, tech, non-tech and international stakeholders, aligning strategy and setting the pace to deliver promotional Events. You will define and control working backwards launch timeline and work closely with multiple work stream leads to ensure end to end preparation and report preparation status to leadership.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and own BR promotional events working backwards timelines, aligning with partner teams
- Prepare and partner with multiple workstreams to deliver Brazil promotional events, setting the pace and raising the bar in customer experience
- Lead BR promotional events planning, preparation and execution, engaging with work streams to report preparation status, flag risks and partner towards path to green
- Track learnings and lead improvements roadmap, owning promotional Events Playbook and advising best practices to seasonal, gifting, community and category events
- Contributes to promotional events strategy definition and planning
