Our Financial Operations team is currently seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst with at minimum 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and will manage receivables and payment-related queries for Amazon Spain vendors. 💼

Key Responsibilities: 📋

📊 Analyze and resolve complex receivable discrepancies, including commercial agreements and vendor returns, ensuring timely payments for Amazon Spain vendors
🔍 Perform detailed reconciliations of vendor statements against our ledger entries
📞 Handle AR-related inquiries professionally via phone and email, with emphasis on vendor satisfaction and relationship building
🤝 Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including French retail teams and finance processing departments, to ensure payment accuracy and timeliness
🎯 Manage key account relationships and coordinate long-term financial solutions
💻 Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Pivot tables, VLookups, reconciliations)
🗣️ Conduct regular vendor calls and meetings to maintain strong business relationships

**Compensation & Benefits:** 💰
Base salary starts from 1,800 EUR gross per month, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package includes:
