DESCRIPTION

Ring is looking for Sr Software development Manager to join our growing Sidewalk Network services team and help build a nationwide community network that will enable connectivity for millions of IOT devices. You will be responsible for leading a team building core network services that will provide a scalable backbone to the network and support functionalities like authentication, encryption, message routing, and device life-cycle management.
As a Senior Software Development Manager in Sidewalk, you’ll be empowered to take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, such as:
· Directly hiring, retaining, and growing top management and engineering talent within your group.
· Being a clear technical voice, working in partnership with your teams to deliver an architecture which will scale with the needs of the business.
· Quickly and reliably delivering high quality technical solutions that will delight our customers.
· Working with business on strategy to define a product roadmap that is compelling and focused on growth, while collaborating with stakeholders across Amazon's businesses.
· Clearly communicating at the executive level risks, successes, and missteps as you define and execute on a vision for the product.
