• Lead strategic workstreams to improve E2E operations across EU and UK for Amazon’s most innovative speed program.
• Drive process excellence to optimize operational efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices and improve delivery speed and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support scaling operations across the EU, ensuring processes are ready for broader implementation.
