This role is for hiring software development engineer for Paragon Frontend team, where we're re-architecting our entire stack as well as reimagining our control plane experience for the Paragon product.
We are looking for an awesome engineer who takes pride in tackling interesting challenges, excel at working in an agile environment, and are excited about our mission. They must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven and deliver high quality results in a fast paced environment. They need to really enjoy working closely with their peers in a group of very smart and talented engineers.

Design and implement key components/platform features that work at high scale.

(Side note) We are low on OE with very few sev-2s during on-call shift
About the team
Paragon is a case management platform product that is used by more than 170 teams across Amazon, and more than 60K associated, including but not limited to Seller support, Customer Trust and Ads org for use-cases ranging from customer service to customer relationship management solution. This org is 80+ member group that consists of product managers as well as engineering functions (SDEs, Frontend engineers, data engineers as well as BIEs).
Paragon Frontend team is a 16 member team that is responsible for the frontend stack, comprising of SDEs, FEEs, and QAs. We're re-architecting our overall infrastructure to move towards NAWS application, leading to a brand new development of several components.
