We are looking for an experienced and customer-obsessed Go-to-Market (GTM) Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive the adoption and integration of Buy with Prime across eCommerce merchants. In this role, you will develop and execute GTM strategies that enable ecommerce brands to seamlessly implement Buy with Prime, enhance shopper engagement, and maximize conversion rates.
As a B2B Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for deeply understanding the needs of omnichannel ecommerce brands, positioning our capabilities to meet their needs, and enabling internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent, value-driven messaging across all customer touchpoints. Your work will directly impact the success of ecommerce brands leveraging Buy with Prime to deliver fast, trusted, and seamless shopping experiences to their customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead GTM Strategy & Execution: Own GTM planning for product launches, feature rollouts, and integrations to drive merchant adoption and shopper engagement with Buy with Prime.
- Customer & Market Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand the needs of omnichannel sellers and inform messaging, segmentation, and feature prioritization.
- Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling and differentiated product positioning that resonates with merchants and drives shopper trust in Amazon’s commerce services.
- Sales & Partner Enablement: Equip sales, partner managers, and support teams with the right tools, content, training, and narratives to close deals and support merchants.
- Content Development: Collaborate with content, demand gen, and product teams to build assets including one-pagers, web copy, email sequences, and case studies.
- Merchant Enablement: Build strategies and content to help merchants implement Buy with Prime across eCommerce platforms.
- Campaign Support: Align with demand generation to support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and partner channels.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPIs for GTM success (e.g., merchant sign-ups, integration success, shopper engagement) and continuously refine strategies based on performance insights.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Product, PR, Sales, and Merchant Success to ensure flawless execution.

BwP is a new way to extend Prime shopping benefits—including fast, free shipping, a seamless checkout experience, and free returns—to merchants’ own online stores, ultimately increasing selection for Prime members.

MCF aims to enable organizations across the world with reliable, cost effective, and flexible end-to-end eCommerce fulfillment solutions in order to help them scale, succeed, and offer best in class experiences to their customers.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B product marketing or product management, ideally in eCommerce, checkout/payment, social media, or merchant enablement platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving GTM strategy and execution for technical or service-based products.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, and third-party integrations.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills with documented examples of work.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using customer insights and performance data to drive decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, and/or relevant field of study.
- Experience with conversion optimization strategies and shopper engagement techniques.
- Familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
- MBA or advanced degree in marketing, strategy, or a related field is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
