We are looking to hire an insightful, results-oriented Business Analyst to produce and drive analysis for AWD marketing team. The GTM for AWD is evolving to go beyond acquisition to driving engagement and retention, and this role will play a key note in helping us with the ongoing analyses and reporting required to support planning and execution of the updated marketing strategy for AWD.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities includes:
· Developing intelligent, insightful analytical solutions on the key drivers of AWD marketing business
· Interacting with internal stakeholders to deep-dive outliers
· Enabling effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
· Analyse and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward- looking opportunities
· Communicating complex analysis and insights to our stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
· Working closely with marketing managers to drive development of metrics and analyses necessary for evaluation and implementation.
· Working with large data sets, automate data extraction, and build monitoring/reporting dashboard · Writing high quality SQL codes to retrieve and analyse data.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with SQL or ETL
- Experience working with Tableau
- Experience using very large datasets

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
