As a Senior Program Manager for eero's Beta Programs, this leader will be responsible for strategically driving and overseeing all Beta initiatives across hardware, software, and mobile app development cycles. They will develop and execute the comprehensive Beta strategy, establishing processes, metrics, and governance models to ensure program success across multiple concurrent Beta releases. This senior leader will serve as the primary Beta program authority, providing strategic guidance to senior leadership and ensuring eero's product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations globally. The role requires excellent program management skills, technical acumen, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. By bridging the gap between development, operations, and customer support, this role will be vital in ensuring the eero product meets its quality commitments for customers around the world.


Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Beta Program Manager you will:

- Lead the end-to-end Beta program lifecycle, from planning and participant selection to execution and analysis
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams
- Establish and track program KPIs, risk management frameworks, and success metrics
- Oversee the analysis of technical feedback, bug reports, and network logs to drive data-driven decisions
- Manage the Beta participant community and ensuring high-quality feedback collection
- Develop scalable processes for Beta release management and technical transitions to production
- Create executive-level reporting on Beta program health, insights, and recommendations
- Direct a team of Beta program specialists and coordinating cross-functional resources


A day in the life
As a Sr. Beta Program Manager and subject matter expert supporting eero's Beta team, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams to organize and lead the successful delivery of eero’s Beta programs, mentor CX agents, and ensure the successful transition and performance of product releases for customers globally.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Proven track record managing complex beta/user testing programs at scale
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
- excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing customer feedback programs
- Experience developing program documentation, processes, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with agile development methodologies and release management
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with external beta communities
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, software development lifecycle, and hardware testing principles
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, organizational development, or related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
