Amazon One Medical is hiring Sr. Financial Analyst to support Enterprise Growth segment. Finance is critical to the success in our mission. We see the entire picture, and are a cornerstone to driving the right investments, maintaining controllership, and distilling down the right stories to push our business forward.

In this role you will own enterprise membership forecasting and reporting models, create and manage mechanisms to help analyze enterprise segment performance against targets and identify risks and opportunities. You will partner with leaders across Sales, Client Success, and Enterprise Marketing, as well as work closely with FP&A and other Finance teams to support month-end deliverables. This is a high visibility role with an opportunity to drive impact through analyses and process optimization.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with the business and finance leaders to develop long-term strategies and new initiatives to delight our customers
- Partner with Business Intelligence, Science and FinTech to implement data driven reporting, and driver-based forecasting solutions
- Partner with Enterprise team to deliver business segment insights to the leadership team

Potentially work on:
- Enterprise growth and engagement strategy
- Enterprise marketing analytics
- Enterprise member economics by segment
- FP&A workstreams and mechanisms

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
