The leader in this role will play a crucial part in driving the growth of Sponsored Products. As a Principal TPM you will lead the software development process across multiple engineering teams working in parallel. These are all highly technical projects, requiring extraordinary communication, planning, coordination, and timely execution to be successful. This offers a unique opportunity for you to be an owner, problem solver, and risk manager, operating with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguity.

Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and exhibit a deep understanding of system or service architecture and implementation details. You will have a consistent record of ownership of complex projects and demonstrated the ability to earn the trust of your partners. Your technical expertise and operational excellence will raise the bar and influence the team’s decisions, driving secure and robust solutions.

Key job responsibilities
Own the development of product strategy, marketing coordination, pre-launch success and roadmap toward delivery, including test and learn plans, product design architecture and product optimization tools for product market fit.

• Develop and own key metrics and customer success drivers through partnership consumer Stores organization, science, and business partners.

• Serve as the interface between partner teams to influence their roadmap and assure that we are positioned to deliver the highest value product for our customers.

• Provide thoughtful leadership rooted in data by generating customer insights, track competitive landscape and industry trends and inform product refinements to keep Amazon as the forefront leader of advertising.
