To support this vision, we are seeking a senior Product leader to drive the strategy and development of in-house GenAI tools critical to drive automation, uncover new business opportunities, and improve AB’s Sales team productivity. As a Sr. Product Manager Technical you will leverage advanced analytical and machine learning techniques to evolve the way we prioritize customer accounts for Sales outreach, work directly with dedicated technical resources (Data Scientists and Engineers) to build hands of the wheel solutions to automatically classify and segment AB customers in suitable categories, and manage technical and non-technical stakeholder relationships. You’ll be both analytical, working backwards from data insights and customer feedback to build the right Data Science solutions, and resourceful in finding innovative solutions to unsolved problems. As a product leader you will have a proven track record of creating a strong vision and roadmap and successfully delivering results.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the vision and strategy for building AB’s in-house GenAI Tools improving Sales productivity
- Write crisp technical and customer focused business requirement documents carving the vision of next generation in-house data science tool development
- Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to measure and drive product adoption
- Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Data Science/Engineering to build analytical solutions to achieve key business goals
- Exhibit excellent judgment on how to prioritize between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence
- Monitor project execution and ensuring that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with target dates
- Lead the development of reporting, insights and operational metrics that measure customer experience quality, and turn this data into insightful recommendations for the business
A day in the life
A typical day as Senior Product Manager of GenAI Solutions centers on coordinating priorities across Salesforce, Science, and Data Engineering teams. The morning starts with analyzing model performance and leading cross-functional stand-ups to align deliverables. You'll balance resources between Salesforce CRM customizations, Data Engineering pipelines, and Science team model optimization. The role involves technical deep dives, stakeholder meetings, and strategic planning to maintain a unified roadmap. Success requires quick decision-making to resolve cross-team blockers, ensure data quality, and coordinate API integrations while keeping multiple technical workstreams advancing toward shared AI innovation goals.

The Amazon Business ADAPTech (Analytics, Data, Product and Tech) team plays a vital role in driving B2B customer acquisition and sales efficiency through data-driven strategies and AI solutions. They focus on optimizing sales processes, automating account prioritization, and developing tools that enhance sales team productivity across global markets. The team leverages machine learning and analytics to identify high-potential customers, segment accounts, and create targeted sales approaches. Working closely with Sales, ADAPTech develops and implements scalable solutions that improve customer targeting, reduce manual tasks, and increase conversion rates. Their work directly impacts Amazon Business's growth by enabling smarter, more efficient sales operations.
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
