We are seeking a data-driven Sr. Program Manager to optimize brand performance through analytical insights, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. The position involves researching and gathering data from across the Amazon ecosystem to help clients optimize their Amazon Shoppable Videos investment strategies. Key responsibilities include analyzing results to drive business growth, interfacing with clients, sales teams, and product/data research teams, while improving operational workflows. This role combines data analytics with operational excellence to deliver measurable business outcomes through strategic decision-making. To excel in this role, you'll need a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
Operational Efficiency:
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across brand success operations improve team productivity
• Develop and document standard operating procedures
• Lead process improvement initiatives and measure their impact
• Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and brand success
• Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems
Data Analytics & Analysis:
• Lead comprehensive data analysis of campaign performance and brand success metrics
• Identify trends and patterns in brand performance data to inform strategic decisions
• Create regular reports and recommendations
Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement data-backed strategies to improve brand performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
• Monitor strategy effectiveness and adjust as needed
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on key business initiatives
About the team
Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV) is a fast-growing business focused on enabling customers to find inspiration, information, entertainment, and community through videos at any point in their shopping journey. More than ever, shoppers worldwide use video (on demand and livestreams) to discover products, research and make more informed purchase decisions, and engage with creators and communities they trust.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience with marketing analytics and brand performance metrics

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
