Amazon’s Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) organization builds best-in-class and thought-leading tools and programs to help rights owners protect their intellectual property and ensure that their brand and products are represented accurately, delivering the right experience to customers.

Amazon's Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) team is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to create, implement, and optimize processes, tools, and reporting that improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness our business development teams. The person in this role will act as a trusted advisor to our stakeholders, and become an extension of our business development efforts that translate into productivity toward goal attainment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work cross functionally with business development stakeholders to manage and refine business operations processes including: pipeline management, performance management, and reporting.
- Proactively analyze business development processes and mechanisms for sub-optimal performance, with a focus on defect reduction and increased productivity.
- Gather and document business requirements and user stories, evaluate complexity and feasibility, assess technical requirements, determine business justification/ROI, and propose effective solutions for a wide variety of potential process and system solutions.
- Develop clear and consistent lines of communication with the right stakeholders, at the right time, while remaining flexible enough to effectively manage ad-hoc requests that don’t fall into pre-established intake mechanisms


Key job responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
