SPSstrives to make Amazon the best place for Selling, Vendors and Brands owners to reach customers, driven by the experience and support we provide them in growing their businesses locally and globally. Within this group the Language Experience, Localization and Insights (LELI) team plays a key role in supporting these customers by driving the development of high-quality, user-centered localized content. We set the tone for the global business by creating great content across 30+ languages.

Key responsibilities:
As a sr. Program Manager for Localization Content Readiness for Seller Central and Vendor Central, you will collaborate closely with tech, business, and legal partner teams, as well as our global content team, to develop high-quality, customer-facing content in English and multiple non-English languages. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing processes, driving cross-organizational alignment on new initiatives, and managing escalations to ensure smooth and effective localization efforts. Your work will be central to delivering impactful content that meets the needs of a diverse, global audience.


Key job responsibilities
• Partner with localization stakeholders and regions to evolve the workflow and processes to be efficient and scalable.
• Ensure a consistent global experience through application and ongoing iteration of our localization strategies.
• Contribute to development of localization standards, systems, and best practices.
• Partner with technology teams to drive improvements to existing tools or develop use cases for new technological solutions.
• Balance competing priorities through great time management, organizational skills, and judgment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 3+ years of experiences in localization production

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
