DESCRIPTION

NASCAR is Amazon’s Worldwide Retail CRM solution, empowering thousands of Amazon employees to recruit and manage Retail vendors more efficiently. A salesforce-based CRM, NASCAR launched in 2023 and has expanded to support more than 20 countries and 4k Amazon employees. The tool improves how teams manage vendors by tracking account context to ease transitions, consolidating relevant account information into a unified view, and streamlining opportunity management. But it’s still Day 1. NASCAR CRM will transform the way Amazon Retail teams manage their businesses in the next 1-3 years, and we’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Product Management to chart the path to achieving this vision.

This Sr. Manager, Product Management role will own the end-to-end WW vision for NASCAR CRM, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver against this vision. They will develop mechanisms to deeply understand internal Retail customers across multiple regions and roles, innovating on their behalf to reduce low-value work and improve business outcomes. They will guide their team to effectively prioritize work across varied use cases and deliver new features efficiently, while minimizing security risks and operational overhead. They will manage our Relationship with Salesforce contractor teams, overseeing ongoing statements of work and auditing outcomes. They will own recurring planning and reporting mechanisms, including OPs, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Program Updates. Finally, they will create a culture of innovation that attracts talent while continuously developing the individuals on their teams.

A successful candidate for this role is a proven Product leader, with track record of leading teams to deeply understand customer needs and build innovative solutions to address them. They have strong judgement, with experience making difficult tradeoffs (e.g. speed v. quality) and prioritization decisions. They have a demonstrated ability to earn and maintain trust effectively, across a wide range of stakeholders. They have experience leading technical functions, and are comfortable working through their team to make well-informed technical decisions; previous experience leading implementation of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot) is strongly preferred.
