DESCRIPTION

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion

As a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TiPM) at AWS Infrastructure Services, you'll have the opportunity to tackle some of the most complex and challenging supply chain problems in the cloud computing industry. Our team is responsible for ensuring the reliable, scalable, and cost-effective delivery of the critical infrastructure that powers the AWS global cloud platform.

In this highly visible and strategic role, you'll work cross-functionally with teams across AWS to develop and execute innovative solutions that drive improvements in supply chain performance. You'll leverage your strong business acumen, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities to identify and address complex issues within our global supply chains.

The ideal TiPM candidate thrives in ambiguity, is intensely customer-focused, and has a passion for operational excellence. You'll need to be adept at breaking down intricate problems, synthesizing data-driven insights, and crafting clear, measurable implementation plans. Additionally, the ability to effectively communicate your vision and recommendations to senior leadership is essential.
If you have an analytical mindset with a strong business mindset, a talent for developing innovative solutions, and the presence to present to senior stakeholders, we encourage you to apply. Join our fast-paced, diverse team and be a part of shaping the future of cloud computing. This is your chance to make a meaningful contribution to the continued growth and success of Amazon Web Services.

Why you will enjoy it:
As a TiPM, you'll have true ownership over your program's success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in operations, engineering, product management, and finance to translate your strategic vision into reality.
