Calling all inventors! Sponsored Products Supply team is re-imagining how customers interact with sponsored content on Amazon. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with a passion for innovation and customer obsession to help define our technical vision and drive our engineering roadmap.

As a Sr TPM you will collaborate with partners across numerous domains including engineering, product, finance, business intelligence, and more. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, while working across teams within the greater Sponsored Products organization. You will not only help us deliver on our goals, but will also help shape our engineering vision and roadmap through active collaboration with our leadership team.

Key job responsibilities
- Successfully lead delivery of large, high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and organizations
- Work with stakeholders and senior leadership to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute on our vision
- Bring strong, data-driven business and technical judgment to decisions. Assess risk, drive clarity, and create the correct sense of urgency for delivery
- Define mechanism to optimize the output and collaboration within the team and with partners
- Help develop the team’s long-term technical strategy based on our business goals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
