The Amazon Business Prime team is looking for a Senior Enterprise Growth Lead to drive the growth of Business Prime in the large customer segment as a WW Business P&L owner. The role involves defining the growth strategy in alignment with the sales leadership and execute it partnering with the onsite team. The person in this role will be the single threaded leader to drive growth through initiatives spanning sales, marketing, promotions and operations. The role will focus on growth but also includes defining product requirements specific to this segment. This is a high visibility role with a major impact on business metrics reviewed through regular business reviews. The role offers candidates with a mix of vision, customer obsession, and execution skills the chance to shape the future of a strategic program for Amazon.



Key job responsibilities
Business Ownership: Manage growth (acquisition, engagement, retention) of the large customers that are typically served by an Account Executive.
Sales enablement: Work with AB sales to ensure our sales teams members understand how to have customers adopt Business Prime at scale and drive rapid adoption of Business Prime benefits.
Product Launches: Work backwards from the customer to develop acquisition strategy including promotions and segment-specific propositions for commercial and public sector verticals.
Cross functional partnership: Partner with sales and marketing to drive growth, and ensure alignment with the onsite CX influencing the technical roadmap.
Write clear and concise documents using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. Able to present inputs and impact to leaders across a diversity of areas.
You will be measured on your ability to launch features, grow our membership base, and the associated impact on spend and retention.

Business Prime is a paid subscription service for verified businesses, charity or government organizations that provides the familiar Prime shopping experience end users love at home, with pricing plans and benefits that are suited for work. Business Prime now serves over a million employees in organizations throughout the world. Our customers range from government entities with tens of thousands of users to sole proprietors.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing or business development as a P&L owner
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience owning and driving business strategy with stakeholders
