The North American Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work on a fast-paced, exciting, and growing team. This person will support the Director of NAS Marketing on the US Prime & Marketing Tech team (UPMT) based in Seattle, Washington.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
International travel required.
Key job responsibilities
- Handle confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with SVP+ level offices & senior executives.
- CALENDAR GURUS WELCOME! Extremely complex and strategic calendar support.
- Build relationships with EAs across the company and our Legal, Finance, HR, and PR partners.
- Support Directors and teams during PEAK {Prime Days, T11, Holiday} including working longer hours as needed to serve customers.
- Organize team offsites and onsites multiple times a year.
- Serve as Space POC for multiple locations
- Coordinate international and domestic travel.
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Work in-office 5 days a week starting in January 2025 at Houdini South, SLU. No remote exceptions.

UPMT includes US Prime, Marketing and Creative, Discovery Technology, and UX Design. The US Prime team is focused on delivering the most engaging, satisfying, and loved membership program by growing the member base and accelerating engagement with Prime benefits. The Marketing and Creative team helps customers discover and engage with new, popular, and relevant products across Amazon globally. The North America Stores Design team creates the user experience for shopping across categories and programs, which include Fashion, Consumer Electronics, Furniture, Beauty, and Consumables. Here, you’ll learn from the best all over the world and work with groundbreaking technology and science to create cross-category shopping journeys to delight our customers.
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
