Over the years Amazon has built world-class logistics operations and Amazon Shipping externalizes this network providing enterprises with high quality, efficient shipping solutions. Our team is changing the way we interact with customers, looking to solve some of the biggest logistical opportunities facing the entire industry while delighting the companies we work with and their customers. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic-minded business development leader with the passion to build a high growth business.

As a Principal of Enterprise Accounts, you will drive new business growth by onboarding our most complex customers including DTC brands, ecommerce players and other enterprises to Amazon Shipping. As the primary relationship manager, you will responsible for unlocking new commercial opportunities and delivering creative solutions which drive profitable revenue growth. In this role you will develop and execute specialized profitable deal strategies which include pricing, deal modeling and deal margin KPIs. This is a great opportunity someone with a business builder mindset who will thrive working cross-functionally across Operations, Product, Tech, Pricing and Finance to experiment with new solutions.


Key job responsibilities
• Think strategically across the industry landscape to develop the demand strategy and growth plans for enterprise customer segments.
• Own revenue and profitability goals for new enterprise customers.
• Strong command of economic and operational KPIs and ability to dive deep on your portfolio.
• Act as a trusted owner of the commercial deal strategy with executive stakeholders across Amazon Shipping, Operations, Finance and Legal.
• Lead the internal approvals and senior leadership alignment meetings throughout the different negotiation phases.
• Influence partner teams to unlock new business opportunities and growth across your portfolio.
• Lead with an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions
