DESCRIPTION

The World-Wide Field Enablement (WWFE) organization is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Global Enablement Programs (GEP). The GEP team is responsible for the strategy and execution for all foundational enablement programs to help unleash the potential of our field of 40,000+ sellers. Core programs this leader will own include onboarding, quarterly enablement, prospecting, role-based enablement (Manager and Sales Operations Enablement), and solutions and services, particularly generative AI. The GEP team consists of program leaders, program managers, designers, and strategists, all of whom work together across WWFE to create and deliver bar-raising enablement to our field sellers. As well as existing programs, this team is also responsible for defining and building new enablement programs. They also connect enablement programs across WWFE to create a unified framework and certification process by which the field can continually upskill to help them deliver for their customers.

The Global Enablement Programs leader is responsible for working backwards from the field needs to define the enablement strategy within a highly matrixed organization. They ensure relevance and adoption of our global roster of programs, continue to evolve and develop state-of-the-art enablement programs, and scale new programs, all whilst hiring and developing the best builders and leaders within the organization.

In this role, you will be a core member of the WWFE leadership team. You will be part of a team that has high visibility and drives significant customer impact. Your team will reach thousands of employees each year and will help them create bar-raising experiences for their customers.

The successful candidate will have experience leading teams (either within or outside of Amazon), have demonstrated a history of solving ambiguous problems, and have experience building impactful, large-scale global programs for thousands of employees. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of cloud concepts (preferably with a strong technical foundation), decision-making experience for multi-million-dollar investment decisions at a corporate level, and be conversant with emerging technology (most notably in the generative AI space).

• Support communications, integration, and application of WWFE programs globally.
• Own and deliver regular business reviews and operational plans including MBRs, MMRs and OP1/OP2 for your business
